9:00am - 9:30am Line up instruments by truck for loading

9:30am - 10:30am - Visual Rehearsal (SINGING :-O)

10:30am - 10:45am Pack up

10:45am Load Buses

11:00am - Leave HHS - Estimated Travel Time 2.5hrs (Students will not be allowed to leave, you must bring lunch to eat on the bus, Mr. G will call and confirm bus time)

1:30pm - Arrive at Pennsauken, Unload buses, get instruments and line up

1:45pm - Leave for Warmup

2:00pm - 3:10pm Warmup

3:10pm - Leave for Gate

3:20pm - Gate Time

3:21pm - Eat Skittle

3:35pm - Step Off

4:20pm - Awards (Please bring money for food at the stadium for dinner, we would like to get home early and do not plan on making a stop on the way home.)

5:30pm - Leave Pennsauken

8:00pm - Estimated Time of Arrival at HHS

Directions to Pennsauken HS: From NJ North: Route 295 / NJ Turnpike. Follow Route 295/NJ Turnpike South to Route 73 North Exit. Follow Route 73 North. After passing over Route 130, you will need to be in the right lane. Take the jug handle for Remington Avenue. Cross over Route 73 and the school will be on the right. Spectators can turn into the first parking lot. Trucks and buses should proceed to the second driveway and will be directed where to go from there.
